Police are like, super bummed out after some gang members decided to act all rowdy outside an Auckland bar. Five people got arrested, and the cops are like, on it with their investigation.
Inspector Adam Pyne was all, “Yo, we’ve been keeping an eye on these gang members in Counties Manukau, and most of them were cool. But, like, some of them were driving all crazy and stuff on the way to West Auckland and back to Flat Bush. So, we had to step in a few times.”
They made two arrests for driving offenses and snatched up two bikes. Then this big group of about 100 peeps went to this bar at Botany Junction for a function. And, get this, someone did a burn-out outside the bar. Classic.
When the cops tried to shut it down, some of the other attendees got all aggressive and started chucking stuff at the officers. Not cool, man.
Some dude from a nearby restaurant was like, “Yeah, this guy on a bike was doing burn-outs, and then all the cops showed up. It was a total waste of taxpayers’ money.” No one got hurt, but the restaurant had to close up shop and cancel all their reservations. Bummer.
Another person in the area was all, “There were, like, a bunch of cop cars and a van across the road. It was, like, a police party over there.” Three more people got arrested, one for rockin’ gang gear in public. The cops also snagged three more bikes at the bar.
The bar eventually got shut down, and the cops are still investigating the gang’s behavior. Inspector Pyne was all, “We won’t hesitate to crack down on anyone who thinks they can get away with this nonsense. Like, seriously, this behavior is not okay. We already scooped up five troublemakers today, and we’re on the hunt for more.”
If you’ve got any info that can help out with the investigation, hit up the cops at 105 or slide into Crime Stoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.
So, yeah, that’s the latest drama in town. Stay tuned for more wild news updates, folks.
